CoCal Landscape has six award winning departments with a proud history of quality work.

• Landscape Maintenance performs complete award-winning landscape management for commercial properties ranging from multi-family to large urban metro districts. Our services include landscape maintenance, landscape renovation, water management, snow removal, annual color programs, and holiday décor services.
• Water Management offers viable solutions for the drought, including certified water audits, irrigation system renovations, ET controllers and xeriscape consulting. Our water management solutions are guaranteed to cut water consumption by up to 50%.
• Snow Clearing -  It's a Colorado blizzard! Who are you going to call? CoCal has a fleet of over 180 pick up trucks and 7 full time mechanics to keep them running smoothly. We have the manpower, machinery and expertise to clear your snow and keep your business up and running.
• Landscape Renovation was established to handle detailed installations that require substantial coordination. This division is full service and can transform your tired, dreary landscape into a beautiful garden with unlimited potential. Running up to 12 crews at peak season, the Renovation team can handle all of your needs from plant material and sod replacements to complete landscape installation for larger projects as well.
• Colorscaping  - When it's May in Colorado – the race is on to beautify your property with exciting colorscaping. Our professionally trained designers can add curb appeal to any sized property and continue that look throughout the year with a variety of bulbs, tulips, annuals perennials. This is one way to set yourself apart from your competition – with a brilliant display of color.
• Landscape Construction concentrates on commercial landscape architecture projects ranging from $100,000 to $5 million in size. We maintain our own nursery facility to ensure quality plant material for our clients and timely deliveries to jobsites. Our scope includes irrigation system installation, landscape plantings, underground drainage, retaining walls and hardscape.
